Our story

How the two became one

Marko and Sarah

How we met

They had known of each other for years through Sarah’s cousin Candido, one of Marko’s closest friends. They first crossed paths on a fight night in September of 2023, then went their separate ways. It was not until that December, at a birthday party, that Marko finally asked for her number. Ten days later he took her out for her birthday, and that first date was the start of everything.

The proposal

Marko knew there was only one place to ask: Disneyland, her favorite place on earth. After a little convincing, and a stop for her favorite garlic cheese bread, he led her to the castle. When he got down on one knee and said her full name, she finally understood. She cried, she nodded yes, and she held him for three whole minutes before he even got to put the ring on.
